Create, edit, or merge audio files with music or your own narration with Audacity
This Word file shows you basic information on how to record your voice using Audacity software. (Thanks to Victor Pineiro, HCC technology dept., for permission to use this!)
Remember: To record your voice, you will need a digital microphone plugged in to the correct port and turned on (if there's an on switch) in order to record your voice. Six USB microphones are available from HCC library, and other similar mikes are available from the technology dept. in your building.
If you choose, you can import music files and mix music with your voice recording, too.
