Multimedia for the Classroom: Smart Recorder

From Smart Technology's Web site, this provides information about how to use Smart Recorder to create videos. The software comes free with SmartNotebook software, but it is a little bit hidden. Try finding it on the district's computers by going to Start/Applications/Smart Technology/Smart Recorder. If it's not there, your building tech dept may need to add it.
