Connect: What are some topics I am interested in? What do I already know about that? How can I narrow down my topics into a more narrow, manageable topic?
Task: Brainstorm a list of 3-5 people I am interested in researching.
Wonder: What questions do I have about my topic? (Types of questions: overview, big-idea, specific detail, cause and effect, comparison.) What do I expect to learn or find? How can I refine my questions to search for different types of information?

FactCite is a great starting point for basic biographical articles. Clearly written, not overly challenging, fact-checked information, with citation at bottom of page. Check it out!

Sora is an eBook and digital audiobook app that is relatively new. Here is a link to some biographies/memoirs, but you can use the magnifying glass to search for books on a specific person.

North Castle Public Library Card
The card is free and will be mailed to your home within a week.
You may apply online for a North Castle Public library card if you live in North Castle.

If you live in the town of Mt. Pleasant, Pleasantville, or another town outside of Armonk, you will have to get your library card from that library.
